That feeling when you are trying to power up your amazing Oculus Quest 2 VR headset but it simply will not turn on. Many users have experienced this before and it can be really frustrating. Not to worry. If your Oculus Quest 2 won’t turn on, we have put together a list of several quick fixes that can help you troubleshoot the problem so you can be on your way to VR gaming again.
To power on your Oculus Quest 2 VR headset, simply press the Power button found on the right side of the device. Press it and hold for at least 3 seconds. Take a look at the LED light found next to the Power button. If it is solid white in color, this means that the VR headset is starting to boot up. Make use of the Power button and press it down briefly to confirm this action.

Try using a separate USB cable such as the VR Power USB-C Cable and see if it works well. If it does not, charge your Oculus Quest 2 at another power outlet. You can also try to charge your device directly from your computer instead of a power adapter. At the same time, you should also charge your
If all else fails, we know that it is time for a factory reset. Factory default settings usually help in most cases as you get to work on a blank slate. To do this, hold down both the Power and Volume Down buttons until you see the boot menu. Navigate to the Factory Reset menu and confirm.
