Responsibilities:

The Project Manager will work with supplier Development and NPI teams to plan, execute, manage 4-5 projects at the same time from concept to manufacturing within controlled cost, schedule, and quality requirements

• Plan and execute projects according to deadlines, budget and quality benchmarks
• Effectively communicate project tasks and commitments to project team members and stakeholders 
• Assist product managers in market research, product definition, supplier selection, and supplier management
• Work with groups across the organization to gather inputs and define the deliverables, resource requirements and work-plan for the project, and oversee their development and delivery 
• Manage all projects aspects following strict methodology,
  • Joint Development Agreements with suppliers
  • Project Timelines
  • Action items
  • Coordinate and lead supplier meetings
  • Active communication with suppliers and internal teams
  • Shipping and deliveries
  • Conduct Lessons learned meetings after the completion of each project for continuous improvement

Requirements

• Degree/experience in Business, Engineering or related disciplines
• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin,
• 2-3 years working experience in related field.
• Solid understanding of New Product Introduction process and implementation
• Strong leadership, interpersonal & communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure to meet frequent deadlines, and work independently with minimal supervision,
• Open minded thinking, hard working, and desire to take initiative
• Fully computer literate with Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Project software

Recommended Qualifications

• 3+ years Experience in consumer electronics industry
• 2+ year Audio and/or video product experience preferred
• Experience starting a company or working at mid-stage startups.
• Experience working from both the supplier and the brand side.
• Willingness to travel minimum 50% and work on site with our vendors
• Willingness to be based from Shenzhen office
