We love it

Good quality, but battery pack isn’t 100% secured to the headset

The strap itself is solid. I enjoy having the knob to adjust the tightness of the headset. However, the battery pack and how it is supposed to be secured with the strap is not 100% secure (i.e. it wobbles if I shake my head). The back velcro wings, which are attached to the battery, are unable to go under the strap and attach to one another (seems like it wasn’t designed to fit the strap). Other than that, the battery itself is very good. If I could give this a 4.5, I would.
